Every AirLinke member is assigned a Private Travel Advisor. This advisor is a fully trained, experienced travel agent, who will plan your entire trip including air, ground transport, hotel and more. With the backing of one of the country’s premier travel agencies, you Private Travel Advisor will provide you with exclusive access to negotiated discounts and upgrades with many travel vendors (including hotel chains, car rental agencies, and more). And to ensure you get the attention you deserve, each Private Travel Advisor is dedicated to limited number of member accounts to ensure personal relationship and an impeccable level of service.

AirLinke provides you with a dedicated Travel Team to ensure a seamless experience from the minute you decide to plan a trip to the time you return home safely. And with each member maintaining a ‘Travel Preferences Profile’, we’ll make sure your travel experience is completely personalized.
Imagine this… You call ‘Jeff’, your Private Travel Advisor, and tell him, ‘I need to be at Company X’s headquarters in Rochester New York on Wednesday for a noon meeting. I’d like to make it home for my son’s soccer game at 5pm. I’ll be leaving from my office’.
Within an hour, you have an itinerary in your inbox. It includes departure and return flight, and a reservation for your Avis car rental with your preferred class of car and your frequent user number inputted.
All you need to do is show up 5 minutes before your departure on Wednesday and your Pilot Concierge will be there to greet you. He will have confirmed your car rental and can even drive you to the meeting if you need!
